404 Main Place has a variety of spaces available for rent. Several office spaces of varying sizes, one with a separate reception area, are located in one section of the building. Our event space may be rented open or with booths.

Event Planning
An event room with stage and dance floor or reception area is central to the layout of the building and is ideal for anything from a flea market to a gun show to a wedding!
If you have a larger event, requiring indoor and outdoor booths, we can certainly set it up. You can bring your own tables and merchandise or show pieces. Electric outlets are limited outside, so we cannot guarantee access. Outdoor vendors may bring generators if desired.

The Main Event
Our ample event area is perfect for concerts, exercise classes, gun shows, weddings, and more. There’s a sizable stage with a sound system available for rent. Also included are a kitchen, tables, and chairs.
Office Spaces
Need an official office space? At 404 Main Place, we have three office spaces available for you. One space contains a separate reception area and all rents include electric. Call today 817-721-7185 for the dimensions and associated rents.
